How do we obtain your personal data?

We have obtained the above personal data from you because you have placed an order in our webshop or because you have subscribed to our newsletter.

For these reasons we process the personal data
We only process your personal data when we are permitted to do so by law and for the purposes described below.

Account
If you have created an account in our webshop to be able to order from us more often, this account will continue to exist as long as you want. You can cancel your account yourself. If you no longer use your account, we will delete it 8 years after your last order.

Newsletter
We would like to send you a newsletter because you are a customer of ours or because you have registered for it. We therefore process your name and email address in order to send you information and news. We offer the option to unsubscribe under every newsletter. We keep your data for this purpose until you unsubscribe.

Billing
If you have placed an order with us, we process your data to send your order to you and to prepare a proper invoice. We keep quotes, invoices and payment details for 8 years.
