Katadyn Vario water filter

The Katadyn Vario is a highly efficient water filter that provides you with fresh and safe drinking water when you are walking or staying in nature. With the Katadyn Vario you can drink from a river, stream or lake thanks to the filter that removes bacteria, protozoa, cysts, sediments and chemicals. The activated carbon in the Katadyn Vario ensures that the filtered water is free of unpleasant tastes.

The lever pumps water through the filter in two directions thanks to the Dual Action pump. This can be set to two settings: Easy Flow (for clear water) or Longer Life (for cloudy water). You can attach the water filter to most types of water bottles and drinking systems, allowing you to fill your drinking bottle directly from a water source. The filter capacity of the Vario is up to approximately 2,000 litres, depending on the water quality. The water flow is approximately 2 litres per minute.
