Description

With a properly functioning life jacket on, many drowning victims would still be alive. With a suitable life jacket, you are four times more likely to survive in cold water.

Thanks to its low weight, this 150N life jacket is comfortable to wear and guarantees a high degree of freedom of movement. After manual release, the life jacket fills with air and the victim immediately turns into a supine position safe from fainting. HThe vest keeps the victim's head above water thanks to its 16-litre buoyancy. Two loops are attached to the collar to pull people who have fallen overboard out of the water and secure them. The vest comes standard with a sturdy life belt and reflective safety strips on the tear-resistant inner protective cover. Suitable for adults and children from 1.50 m and 40 kg body weight. Includes a crotch strap to prevent the child from slipping out of the vest. Also suitable for people who cannot swim.

What is the difference between a life jacket and a buoyancy aid?

A life jacket is designed to automatically turn a person onto their back and keep their head above water, even if they are unconscious. A PFD, on the other hand, only provides buoyancy and helps a person swim, but does not provide the same level of protection and does not automatically turn a person onto their back.
