Steripen Classic 3 UV Water Filter

The Steripen Classic 3 with 40 micron pre-filter is the newest, most versatile model in the award-winning Classic line. Winner of Time Magazine's Best Invention of 2001, it offers improved ergonomics and battery life, as well as improved water resistance. A lamp with a capacity of 8,000 treatments ensures a lifetime of purification.

The Pre-Filter with a 40x40 micron screen fits perfectly on 1 liter wide mouth water bottles and removes particles that can obstruct UV light in water. The Pre-Filter is designed to fit directly onto a wide mouth bottle and the Steripen Classic 3TM fits perfectly into the filter. Place the Steripen Classic 3TM into the filter opening, turn the bottle upside down and gently rock to circulate the light through the bottle.
